National Investigative Training Academy (NITA), Inc., the country’s largest online training for private investigators and security professionals, announces the promotion of Sandra von Eschenbach, co-founder and Executive Vice President, to President. In her new role, von Eschenbach will oversee all daily operations of NITA, Inc., continuing to advance the organization’s commitment to high-quality, compliant, career-focused training.

As Executive Vice President, von Eschenbach directed administrative oversight, compliance, marketing, and curriculum development for NITA’s online Private Investigator and Security training courses. Her promotion reflects more than a decade of experience in the private investigative industry and a track record of operational excellence, regulatory diligence, and program innovation.

Prior to co-founding NITA, von Eschenbach held multiple leadership roles at regional investigative companies, including Investigative Quality Assurance Manager, Corporate Administrative Manager, License Compliance Manager, Marketing Coordinator, and National Vendor Manager. In these roles, she managed investigator licensing, state compliance training, license renewals, and record maintenance for more than 100 full-time private investigators.

von Eschenbach is a 1990 graduate of Auburn University, has raised two adult children, and resides in Longwood, Florida, with her husband of 36 years.
